From Sistiana to Duino the trail goes through the village of San Giovanni in Tuba and then up to Medeazza. Past Jamiano, through Doberdò del Lago the hiker reaches San Martino del Carso. At Gabria take the bus to Gorizia (text source from Via Alpina official page).
